HasNetworks does not offer refunds or free trials on any plan or service.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to HasNetworks for broadband, Wi-Fi, OTT or other services are final and non-refundable. Once payment is completed, no reversal or partial refund will be provided under any condition.

  • No refund for plan activation
  • No refund for plan purchase or renewal
  • No refund for downtime or maintenance
  • No refund for wrong or duplicate payment
  • No refund if usage or speed is consumed early

No Trial Policy

We do not provide free trial, demo connection or temporary activation. Service starts only after full plan payment.

Service Responsibility

HasNetworks provides technical support and issue resolution in case of any service disruption. However, support does not include any refund or monetary adjustment.

Payment Terms

Customers must verify plan details, duration and amount before making payment. Any mistake during payment will be the user's responsibility.

If you are unsure which plan fits your need, contact us before paying. Refund will not be given once any plan is purchased.
